The Training and Placement Cell of our institute vigorously endeavors  at shaping up the career prospectus of its students by exposing them to the actual world of work through a close rapport and liaison  with industry and business houses .It extends hand holding support to its student for their appropriate placement on completion of  their course of studies from the college .It acts as a two way bridge between the faculty / students of institute and the industry, which helps in flow of  academic knowledge from institute and knowledge of practical operations and latest trends and  techniques from the industry. This helps in  meeting the  dynamically changing demands of the industry/ workplace . The Training and Placement team comprises of T&P coordinators from each department, who submit proposals and recommendations pertaining to Training & Placemen needs of their respective departments .These proposals and recommendations of the respective departments are compiled at the central level in the T&P Cell by the institutional coordinator ,who in turn  in consultation with Training & Placement officer explore the ways and means for effective implementation of these recommendations and proposals. The Trainingg & Placement Cell is headed by the Training & Placement Officer, who is supported and guided by the Director Skill Development & Vocational Trainings of the institute. To fulfill the goals set and to obtain fruitful results the Training and Placement Cell of the institute  undertakes following activities:

• Technical Tours and visits to industry /workplaces

• Practical Training  at Actual  workplaces/ Industries.

• Arranging Expert/Extension  lectures from Experts from the field of work.

• Organizing Seminars/Webinars/Counseling Sessions .

• Identifying and arranging Skill enhancement Training for students.

• Arranging Industrial exposure/Interaction/Trainings for faculty.

• Helping students to undertake projects related to actual operations in industry/at workplace.

• Helping students to take up innovative project in collaboration with the Centre for Innovation, Incubation and Entrepreneurship (CIIE) of the institute.

• Arranging Internships for students and freshly pass outs.

• Grooming of the students to make them industry ready.

• Hand holding of  students for their Placement outside campus.
