SSM College of Engineering organised a motivational talk session for the faculty on July 22, 2024 with the guest speaker being Dr. Jaideep Kumar Sharma. Dr Sharma shared his inspiring journey from being pushed down to bits to rising to the wondrous heights. Dr Sharma while sharing his heart wrenching experience of him meeting an accident that had left half his body disabled, turning him visionless and speechless to coming this long way to become an epitome for a walking miracle of Science and nature today. In his speech, he acknowledged the downs and far more considerate, the ups of the life. Dr Sharma insisted the listeners on searching the purpose of their lives right within. He ended his speech with a powerful message that underlined, "Don't leave behind your legacy, leave behind you instead".
It was a thorough tour of his life through him, a vivacious concoction of patience, belief, strength and hardwork.
