The Department ofElectrical Engineering believes in imparting quality education to the studentsalong with introducing them to work culture of industries and giving them handson-exposure in state of art labs and modern machines.
The department has got well qualified,enthusiastic staff who are always at their best to equip the students with notonly concepts but with practical experiments also.
We believe in ideas and innovations as well,wenot only teach our students but try to make a family with them, we motivatethem to learn,innovate and invent. Cynosureof our department is to place our students in various on-going projects andcompanies.We also provide training in research areas related to electricalengineering and helping the students in getting admissions for higher studies.We also take our students to various industrial project and thus providingindustrial exposure to our budding engineers.We also provide the communicationskills,presentation skills,soft skills to our engineers.
I strongly believe thatwe are like a one family and together by working very hard we can achieveimpossible goals and with the help of Almighty we want to make the electricaldepartment one of the best department not just at national level but atinternational level.
To produce comprehensively trained, sociallyresponsible, innovative electrical engineers and researchers of highest qualityto contribute to the nation’s imprint on the world stage and to attain aposition of international excellence in educational and research activitiesrelated to Electrical Engineering
To provide a dynamic andscholarly environment wherein students learn independently and in collaborationwith others to develop a disciplined as well as innovative approach to theircareers as professional engineers, researchers or teachers. To ensure thatevery student is aware of the role and responsibilities of the engineer insociety through the appropriate exposure together with the concepts ofsustainable development and environmental stewardship
With the everincreasing demand of electrical engineers in governmentand private sectors ,our department is making best efforts to produceprofessionals who are innovative and capable of becoming leaders in theirfields .our department is doing their best to impart world class education toour students in principles of electrical engineering . The department isconstantly modernizing the infrastructure and lab facilities to provide handon-exposure to our students . Along with the academic activities ourdepartment organizes the seminar andpresentations on various on –goingtrends in electrical engineering thatfurther boosts our students .
The aim of ourdepartment is well-equipped lab facilities to provide our students withopportunities to research ,train,innovate and invent .
The aim of ourdepartment is to train our students to make power system advance and reliablefor people .
The department aims toproduce professionals of technical excellence in all areas for example; controlautomation, power system, power electronics etc
Graduatesof the electrical engineering program within a few years of graduation will:
Use their broad knowledge of electrical engineering as a foundation for on-going learning, and to have realized some success early in their professional careers and/or in the pursuit of graduate studies.
Use their creative and critical reasoning skills to solve technical problems, ethically and responsibly, in service to society.
Use their mathematical and scientific knowledge to solve emerging real-world problems related to power, electronics, control systems, image analysis, signal processing and communication systems, and will use their communication, organization and teamwork skills for the execution of complex technological solutions.
Use their communication skills in bridging the divide between advanced technology and end users in the practice of electrical engineering.
Based onour program educational objectives, we expect our graduates to possess thefollowing abilities and properties:
An ability to apply knowledge of mathematics, science, and engineering;
An ability to design and conduct experiments, as well as to analyze and interpret data;
An ability to design a system, component, or process to meet desired needs
An ability to function on multi-disciplinary teams
An ability to identify, formulate, and solve engineering problems
An understanding of professional and ethical responsibility
An ability to communicate effectively
